
Travis Hull is the User Experience Domain Lead within the Innovation and Investment Office at the First Responder Network Authority.
Prior to working at the First Responder Network Authority, Travis spent over fifteen years as an engineer in the aerospace industry with companies including Northrop Grumman, General Atomics, and Raytheon. During this time, he worked as an engineer developing systems for advanced manned aircraft used by the United States Airforce as well as unmanned aircraft systems used by Department of Homeland Security and others. Travis has also been an active volunteer search and rescue canine handler and dive team member since 2013, first with the San Diego Sheriff’s Department and now in Kitsap County, Washington. As an active member of the Kitsap County Search Dogs, he has deployed on several search missions with his canine and is currently the team’s Training Coordinator as well as an Operations Lead with the Washington Explorer Search and Rescue team. Travis holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.
